Who We Are
Nepal confronts a range of challenges, including socio-economic disparities, political instability, and governance issues. Health and nutrition inequalities persist, with malnutrition a significant concern. Insufficient Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) facilities contribute to preventable diseases. The agriculture and livelihood sectors face vulnerabilities from climate variability and disasters, impacting food security and income.
The escalating impact of climate change exacerbates these challenges. Additionally, periodic humanitarian crises further strain resources and infrastructure, underscoring the critical need for a comprehensive, coordinated approach to promote resilience and sustainable development.
Therefore, mangalayan foundation is here to support our communities to realize their full potential, building healthy and prosperous Nepal.
